Search every AVARD listing by area, type, budget and bedrooms, or tell AVARD what you need. If it isn't listed, we look for it across our network of owners, agents and developers.
2. Verify
Every listing shows five separate statuses: listing details, identity, professional, documents and inspection. A status only says "checked" when AVARD has done the check. Anything else is shown as not yet checked.
3. Connect
AVARD puts you in touch with the right owner, agent or professional, and arranges inspection by appointment.
4. Transact
Offers, documents and payments follow a clear path, with each step recorded so both sides know where things stand. Fees are shown on every listing before you enquire.
